Vapih Infinite respects intellectual property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Filing a takedown notice

If you believe a listing infringes your copyright, send a notice to vapih.com including:

• Your full name and contact information.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
• The URL(s) of the infringing listing(s) on Vapih Infinite.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Our response timeline

We aim to review and act on valid notices within 72 hours. Infringing listings are removed or suspended pending review.

3. Counter-notice

If your listing was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including your contact info, the listing that was removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error. We may restore the listing if the original complainant does not pursue legal action.

4. Repeat infringers

Sellers who repeatedly post infringing content will have their accounts permanently banned from Vapih Infinite.

5. Good faith

Submitting false claims may expose you to liability. Please only file notices for content you genuinely own or are authorized to represent.
