Welcome to Vapih Infinite (the "Platform"). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

1. What Vapih Infinite is

Vapih Infinite is a directory / aggregator for digital products. We list products created by independent sellers. We do not sell anything ourselves and we do not process any payments. Every purchase happens on the seller's own external page.

2. Seller responsibility

• Sellers are solely responsible for their own products, descriptions, prices, links, and delivery.
• Sellers warrant that they own or have the rights to list and sell everything they post.
• Sellers are responsible for honoring their own refund and support policies.

3. No payments through the Platform

Vapih Infinite never holds funds, processes transactions, or acts as an escrow. Any payment, dispute, or refund is strictly between the buyer and the seller on the external site.

4. Moderation & removal

All listings are human-reviewed before going live. We may remove, suspend, or reject any listing at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms or our content rules — with or without notice.

5. Prohibited content

• Illegal goods, stolen, cracked, or pirated material.
• Malware, scams, phishing, or deceptive listings.
• Content that infringes intellectual property or violates third-party rights.
• Hateful, violent, sexual-exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.
• Misleading prices or fake external links.

6. DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid takedown notices. See our DMCA Policy for how to file a notice and our repeat-infringer policy.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Platform is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from products listed by sellers or from your dealings with them. You use external links at your own risk.

8. Accounts

You log in with Discord. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may ban accounts that break these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
